the separation of power
the separation of power - a concept introduced by Baron de Monstesquieu

his purpose is to prevent dictating or autocratic government ...... because if there's only 1 person having all the power, he'll easily gone mad with the power
and our Malaysia government applies this concept in their system
however, there is a loophole in it ( inspired during one my ethics class last semester)
you see, we vote to get people into the executive(parliament) and 2/3 majority winning party's president become the Prime Minister
and the PM chooses people from the parliament to become legislature(government/cabinet)
and surely he chose people from his own party ( tell me, got which current minister is from the non-winning party one?)
then, the cabinet is the one who makes the rule(they call it draft)
the draft is then bring back to the Parliament(the same people again swt) to discuss
okla, Parliament also consists of the opposition party people who won a place in there, can argue wert if the draft is not suitable to be implement
but what's the use??
if they failed to achieve a consensus, the Parliament will say "the Majority wins" in this case the Majority people IS the people from the Cabinet
i know you guys are getting confused, let me summarize the whole story
Cabinet make a draft on a new rule
send to Parliament ( to give chance to the opposition to argue)
but i don't care whatever you are going to oppose because at the end, im the Majority
but even if the opposition gives all their best, they still lose to the Majority as they are the Minority
the draft is now a new rule!
so tell me, where's the separation of Power?
