When they built the overhead bridge for u, u MuthaFFking use it!
DATE : 13th November 2007
Time : 7++pm
Involved person : Me, Dan(JB coursemate), V(sabahan housemate), WS(the victim),sohai lorry
Story begins here
4 housemates wana go across the road to have their dinner
When reaching the roadside
Dan : WS, 你不是说要走天桥的 meh?? (weren't u say wana use overhead bridge meh?)
before he could answer,the Sohai#1 i.e ME, cross the road as the traffic from the RHS is clear and we got
STUCKED!!!
it wasn't the 1st time we got stuck at there, but that night, we actually felt we were kinda stuck for a very long period of time at that spot
Then i saw the SOHAI LORRY....... Out of sudden, he steered his vehicle closer to the place we stand....the tyre were already on the white line divider..
i saw it, i took a step backward
SWOOSH~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
it was just inches from my eye,
passing in front of me
get past the 2nd person (Dan)
past the 3rd person (V)
but not the 4th,WS
....... Bang!.................
well, he didn't bang directly
its the side mirror of the lorry came into contact with the head of WS
*not the actual lorry, but the same size*
i think that sohai lorry driver didn't realise it, so he didn't stop
at the other hand, WS didn't immediately fall on the spot,
pressing to his head, he ran back to the roadside
we saw blood!
someone screamed HOSPITAL~~!!!!!!
we then rushing to hospital using Dan's car..
the journey seems to be longer than the usual..
I dunno why
by travelling at 100km/h or so,
we still need around 25-30mins to reach ( n that's the nearest hospital to our place!)
20 stitches at the head, and an operation at his left hand baby finger base knuckle
and stayed in the ward for 2 nights
that night, i couldn't sleep even though i have a paper on the next afternoon
the overhead bridge is just right above us, but i chose to ignore it
we were lucky coz there's no car from the opposite direction
coz, if there is, we wouldn't have the chance to take a step backward
we could have become the "human bowling pin"
whenever i close my eyes, the image of the lorry steering his wheels to us keeps haunting me
part of me was wishing that the person lying in the ward is me,not him
i felt guilty all night long for not taking the overhead bridge
luckily he is still alive
if *touch-wood* , i don't think i'm gonna forgive myself
we does not have to pay the RM300 fine for crossing the road without using the overhead bridge
but we were paid a lesson
a lesson that is far far far greater from the fine
from today onward,
i will take the road not taken on the night
no overhead bridge is too far
no overhead bridge is too long
no overhead bridge is too troublesome to take
p/s : picture taken 2 days after the incident, as i have gather all my feeling in order to go back to the scene
and i'm not gila that i will snap pictures when my housemate is in the hell of pain

erm, just jokes only so tat wont see this entry blog like the accused in court admit his wrong...be strong, non is all u guys fault...is past, thanks god nthg happen...juz take it as a lesson to we all...
p/s: wat? u dun take the pic? but unfortunately, during in emergency, the victim take Dan hp takes his self ody and next day the small potatoes n the sohai victim "bangga bangga" take again in the ward the day after.
And you taught all your frens a lesson too. If it werent for this incident, they may still running across the streets geh.
