International Peace Day



Last Saturday night, 20th October 2007, in conjunction with the International Day of Peace, i spent my night with a bunch of caring people for a prayer to the victims of the wars out there..

The events are conducted simultaneously nationwide in the places mentioned in the posters by the members of La Sallian


It was rather a mini gathering of people in my neighbourhood ( notice in the poster that they don't even put the place BATU PAHAT) but the objective and the meaning of the gathering is achieved.


It is for the victims of war, for they don't even have the chance to have a proper meal everyday whereas for us, the KFC, McD etc etc is just in the driving distances from our house(they don't that too!)

The members of La Sallian actually experience the solidarity (to spend JUST ENOUGH i.e no big spending on the basic requirement of our life- food,cloths and shelter) for one whole month and 20th Oct also marks the end of it.

What we did is just a small prayer;

Pacific Bowl at Batu Pahat Mall

this is just a show-off pic! scroll down if u dun like :P this is kinda outdated, Pacific Bowl at BatuPahat Mall It is the latest attraction and the only attraction i would visit that mall... It is kinda dead, even tho just opened less than half a year... Even Carrefour Batu Pahat is more lively than this Mall well, just like every other bowling alley this bowling have bowling lane, a simple computer-alike thingy 2 organize ur player, bowling balls, rented bowling shoes, bowling pins etc the bowling shoes design damn nice,rite?? partly because it is new, no ppl vandalise it yet oh ya, the photo i curik from my universities junior (pretty wan oo) but hay, don't look down on this bowling alley even tho its located at the deserted place of Batu Pahat check the price!! RM4.80 for 1 game! even the students price requires RM4!! usually student half price wei!! n they dun accept our matrix(university) card, reason : it is only applied on SCHOOL KIDS!(under 21) damn! its just indirect way...

5 reasons I don't wana date a blogger
