UPM E-Charity Run 2009

anyone who reads kennysia.com knows that he shaved his head bald to raise a fund for Sarawak Children's Cancer Society fund thingy

he sacrificed his hair and even chipped in some of his money to help to raise the fund..
well, today im not talking about him or his head..
i'm talking about another charity in town

this is organize by a bunch of University Putra Malaysia(UPM) students.
the event is called UPM E-Charity Run 2009
money raised throughout the fund will be donated to Agathians Shelter, located at PJ old town


in the time of recession, everyone's money is running short....
new phone is on hold,
laptop upgrade have to wait,
trip to Haagen Daz, TGIF etc is waayy out of the mind,
have to settle at mamak stall instead,
for those who had been surviving on mamak stall, gotta to turn to maggi mee and bread

but what about those already barely surviving when the time is good?
those charity organization sole income are from the donation and fund raising from the public
even on during the good days, they are already eating plain white rice + little vege....
what would it be during the recession?

this is why, the heart of charity must not stop!
with RM15 you can bring hope to the orphanage there,
with RM15 you can contribute to the survival of the shelter

with RM15, you can also gain healthy lifestyle at the same time
in fact, its not exactly RM15, as u pay for RM15, you'll get a Free T-Shirt, goodies bags etc
if you can't / unfit for the run, you can still come for the event as there will be lucky draws, food fair and other functions

Pacific Bowl at Batu Pahat Mall

this is just a show-off pic! scroll down if u dun like :P this is kinda outdated, Pacific Bowl at BatuPahat Mall It is the latest attraction and the only attraction i would visit that mall... It is kinda dead, even tho just opened less than half a year... Even Carrefour Batu Pahat is more lively than this Mall well, just like every other bowling alley this bowling have bowling lane, a simple computer-alike thingy 2 organize ur player, bowling balls, rented bowling shoes, bowling pins etc the bowling shoes design damn nice,rite?? partly because it is new, no ppl vandalise it yet oh ya, the photo i curik from my universities junior (pretty wan oo) but hay, don't look down on this bowling alley even tho its located at the deserted place of Batu Pahat check the price!! RM4.80 for 1 game! even the students price requires RM4!! usually student half price wei!! n they dun accept our matrix(university) card, reason : it is only applied on SCHOOL KIDS!(under 21) damn! its just indirect way...
