Nyonya Peranakan Food in Malacca

Malacca,
it serves better food that Ipoh, to MPOV, after been to both places

for starters,
Malaccan Chicken Riceball is better than Ipoh's Beansprout Chicken Rice

Ipoh's one is waaaaay overated!
this one, the chicken is nice, but the rice is not really that nice...
located at the corner shop of 3-diverged road at Jonker Street(church's end)

for chendol,
Malaccan's chendol is arguably better than Penang's chendol

(i know, im biased... but MPOV mer)
this one is at Jonker's Dessert at the heart of Jonker Street

however, those are not my topic today
what i wanna share is da NYONYA FOODDDD!!!!!
it is located at the town of the Malacca City,
from Mahkota Parade, head toward the Prison, turn right...
follow the route, take the 1st turn to the right,
aim for Maxis Center located at your left ... it's few shops next to it and it look like this:

(I-r) chincaluk omelette, Udang masak Lemak Nenas, Buah keluak, Pong Teh(spelling not sure)

yes, the special menu in the house would be Buah Keluak (candlenut in english)

its a fruit, and when its cooked, u dig the paste inside it...
and how wanna taste it, its up to you
whether you want take it directly or blend it with the rice, it doesn't matter
for me, i prefer the latter way as it taste kinda bitter to me.
but when it combines with the rice and the asam
and i tell you, the asam is the BOMB!
damn! by writing this now, i feel like going to eat it again!

the price is (a little higher than) acceptable *very little nia*
no pork in da house,btw
